I had a rough stay at the hotel. pictures didn't match reality, and the breakfast was horrible. However, the staff quickly fixed the TV issue, which was nice. The view from the restaurant was amazing!

Only the location of the hotel was good due to its proximity to Taksim Square. One time, the staff helped us when our room’s TV was broken, they fixed it right away which was a bit of relief in an otherwise rough stay.
